Graduating from University of California, Riverside in 2009 was an accomplishment that I was very excited about. I had finally completed my goal of a double BA in Sociology and Administrative Studies and was ready to begin a new career. I applied for numerous jobs and interviewed at dozens of companies. Although I wasn’t able to secure a job since I was an older applicant, I was definitely ready for a new career. Since my pastime was viewing homes at open houses and I loved the experience so much I decided to enroll in Real Estate classes in 2012 to get my Realtor® license. By March of 2013 I had my Realtor® license and joined First Team Real Estate to begin my journey as a Realtor®. After selling my first home in October of 2013 I was hooked on the profession. With determination and perseverance, I proceeded to sell more homes and increased my knowledge of the business by taking more classes in Negotiations and Ethics which catapulted my career even further. I obtained Hall of Fame status in 2016 at First Team Real Estate and every year since. I sold my 100 th home in 2018 and now have sold over 215 homes.
I aim to make sure that each client, no matter if they are selling or buying a $400,000 home or a multi- million-dollar estate, is well educated in the process and feels completely satisfied with their decision without any pressure. My philosophy has always been to represent the client with great communication, integrity, and professionalism so that the process runs smoothly for all. When assisting a seller, I provide professional photography and extensive marketing to get them the highest price with the best terms so they can move on to their next venture. When assisting a buyer to find a home that THEY love I am patient and understanding. I love looking at homes and am willing to show a client as many homes as needed in order for them to find that dream home. I look forward to assisting you in your home needs…let the journey begin…
